Here is my case: I have a some sort of "product" catalog already, I do not want to import them into yuor catalog, since we do not really want to manage them in 2 differentplaces. But I want to use rest of features provided by your modules. Is this something that developer license is designed for? How much work will it be?
Also what is included in your developer license: is this more like SDK or you just provide all the source code?

well it depends in the way you want to manage your catalog. You can import it manually or writing some code or using the already built-in importing tool. The developer licence provide all the source code.
