SDN Store on EBay - Introduction
This feature allows to upload into Ebay Shop products already defined in your SDN Store, so you can integrate seamlessly SDN Store with EBay.
| All the products in the SDN Store are managed using only one eBay account. |
| Here the basic steps needed to sell your products on EBay: |
-
Get the Token, which allows the SDN Store application to manage your EBay account.
-
Synchronise the eBay Tables, which downloads the eBay data, such as: Currencies, Countries, Categories, Attributes, and so on, into the SDN Store tables. This is required the first time, after the installation and each time eBay releases a new version.
-
Create a new SDN Store product or Select an existing one, in the Edit Product Page select an eBay site (the one you want to upload the Product into) click on the 'Add New' link, then, following the wizard, define its details (required by Ebay) such as: Name, Description, Price, EBay Categories (please note before the Categories are displayed the software checks whether the local version is the latest, if not, it downloads the new one, and this process might take few minutes), Payment Details, Shipping Rates.
-
After you have defined the list of the products you want on the EBay, you upload them in a bulk mode: during this process the software validates the listings one-by-one before actually uploading them and, if any, it shows the listing of the rejected ones with the reason, which could be for example the selected category and/or item-specific is not valid (REMEMBER: these are stored locally since their size is quite big and downloading them each time would kill the performances.
-
Syncronise the Orders, this would check whether any listings have been sold on the Ebay (you would be aware of that, since EBay sends you an email as soon as your listing has been sold, creates the order in SDN Store and then update the Stock Level. That sale appears in the Orders Management and is it like the others.
