Synchronising the eBay Orders
| After an eBay item has been sold and the buyer have completed the Checkout Process, you could download it in the Orders List Page by clicking on the 'Synchronise eBay' link. This will set the date of last synchronisation (The synchronisation is done by using your preferred eBay site, which is set up in My Preferences). NOTE the Checkout's status is complete and this whether or not payment has actually received the seller. Note actions like cancel and refund are not setting any status on the eBay site. |
Once you have received the payment and have shipped the item(s), click on the 'Send it Now' link, this will automatically mark the item in the eBay web site as: 'Item Shipped'. Obviously you have to mark it as Payment Received manually.

In the OrderID column, there is also: either the eBay ItemID (when there is one transaction per item) or the eBay orderid (when more items are sold under the same payment, in this case the link to the eBay Item is in the Order Details Page). |
