Orders Management

The Orders Management shows the orders between date from and date to, also you could filter them, based on the following status:
  • All
  • Already Shipped
  • Not Shipped yet
  • Cancelled
  • Refunded
To search the orders input the date from and the date to in the right format, in the above example is DD/MM/YY, select a status amonst: All, Shipped, Not shipped, Cancelled, Refunded and then click on Show Orders. If you leave date form and date to blank it will show all the orders.
When the products are shipped, click on the 'Send it' column to set the today date on the Sent date column. To cancel an order click on the 'Cancel it' column, the order is not physically deleted from the database, but it sets today date on the Cancelled column. Finally to refund an order click on the 'Refund it' column. The order is not actually refunded with PalPal, it ONLY sets the today date on the Refunded column.
From here you can see:
  • Details of the Order, by clicking on the OrderID
  • Details of the Client, by clicking on the Client link
  • Send an Email, by click on the 'Send Email' link
It defaults the customer's email. You must set up the SMTP server in the Site Settings Page.
When sending an email you might get the error: A critical error has occured, could not access 'CDO.Message' object': this is because you either defined a wrong SMTP Server or you have set up a SMTP Authentication and it is not required. Also this could happen if the email is in a wrong format.
