Restoring Tabs

If you have problems with Tabs, you can restore to the original configuration by following these steps:

click on Host -->SQL and type the following to find out the PortalID you need to restore the tabs
|
 |
| So in this case is 0. Now type http://www.yourdomain.com/desktopmodules/sysdatanetstore/restoretabs.aspx?portalID=portalID |
| where portalID is the number you found in the previous step. |
|
After the process is successfully completed you'll be redirected to the HOME page. |
|
If you get the following error: |

|
then, something really wrong went on the tabs. In this case you have to delete the TABS manually. |
|
To do that do the following: |

Open the Tabs table and for your PortalID, DELETE the SysDataNet Store tabs starting from the ones whose level is 2 and then is 1
|

then do the restore procedure again.
