Restoring Tabs

If you have problems with Tabs, you can restore to the original configuration by following these steps:

  • log on as super user
  • click on Host -->SQL and type the following to find out the PortalID you need to restore the tabs
So in this case is 0. Now type http://www.yourdomain.com/desktopmodules/sysdatanetstore/restoretabs.aspx?portalID=portalID
where portalID is the number you found in the previous step.
After the process is successfully completed you'll be redirected to the HOME page.
If you get the following error:
then, something really wrong went on the tabs. In this case you have to delete the TABS manually.
To do that do the following:
  • Open the Tabs table and for your PortalID, DELETE the SysDataNet Store tabs starting from the ones whose level is 2 and then is 1
  • then do the restore procedure again.
