viaKLIX (NOVA Network)

  • Transaction Type supported: 1 step only.
With this method the credit's cards are collected to the Store therefore the Server that hosts it has to have a SSL Certificate installed.
To set up this method you have to go to the Payment Type and tick the option viaKLIX.
Go to the Merchant Settings page to set up the viaKLIX:
If you use CVV2/CVC2, then the customers are forced to input the security code of their credit cards to complete the payment.
Please Note: A failed CVV2/CVC2 check WILL result in a Decline response for the transaction.
Please Note: the process always checks AVS, however a failed AVS check will NOT result in a Decline response for the transaction itself.
In the checkout page, will appear the link to redirect the customer to the viaKLIX Payment Page.
The link must be specified in the Site Setting, HTTPS Redirection field
When the customer clicks on the 'Continue' button, he/she will be redirected to the Payment Page on the https encrypted side (it should ask whether to download the certificate before proceeding)
Once the order is completed the customer is redirected to the Invoice page.
At this point Merchant and Customer receive an email from viaKLIX to confirm the order. If you have setup the Confirmation Email you also receive another email from SDN Store.
