Associating DNN Roles with Products

| You can now associate DNN Roles with products, so once the customers buy a product they automatically became a member of the group associated to the product(s) they have bought. In this way you can make available to customers pages to view or to download after they have bought a product. |
| First thing to do is to create a new DNN Role, by clicking on Admin --> Security Roles and then click on the 'Add New Role' link. |

Here type in the name of the new role and its description, leave all the other fields empty. |

After the creation of the new role, go to the Edit Product Page and associate the product with the new role. |

If you leave the value of 'expire after' to zero, the customer will never expire from that role. |

When a product associated to a DNN Role has been added to the Shopping Cart, a request to login has been made. Once a customer has logged on, he/she can go to the Customer Details where his/her details are automatically populated. |

Finally, after the order has been made, the customer or better his/her user, becomes a member of the Role(s) associated to the product(s) he/she has bought. |
