Returning Customers

Registered customers could view their orders, edit their details, printing invoices and others |

First of all, they need to register through the DNN registration process. |

PLEASE NOTE these details are the DELIVERY ADDRESS. |
|
Once registered, the My Account module become visible to the user: here they could see their orders, edit the billing address and ther is the link to edit the delivery address. |

By clicking on the 'My Orders & Printing Invoice' link, you'll see all the orders. |
 |
|
On this page you could search the orders by data from, date to and status (All, Shipped, Not Shipped, Cancelled, Refunded) as well as printing the invoice. |

To edit the Billing Address click on the 'Edit Billing Address' link. |
|
To edit the Delivery Address, Password and Language Preferences click on the 'Edit My Delivery Address' link. |
|
To force customers to log on before actually making an order, you have to tick the option in the Site Settings Page - Other Settings section, otherwise they will be forced to logon only when they select a product associated with DNN roles. |
